Dear Frustrated Windows User,
I know you're not an idiot, but I also know that Windows 7 can make you feel like one. We've all been there when the mouse does weird things, when you get some bizarre message on the screen that bears only the most superficial resemblance to English, or when you just don't have a clue what to do next.
What's worse is that Windows 7 is supposed to be the software that's easy to use (or, yuck, user-friendly). "It's intuitive," chirp the computer gurus. "It's frustrating," complain the rest of us.
