tricks of the microsoft office 2007 gurus pg 64 listing 3.2

This sub is in my word document. If I change the document, the dialogue box asking to save still pops up.

    Hi,

The procedure works fine for me. Double-check your spelling. Also, are you using the procedure to close the document or are you running the Close command from Word? If you do the latter, you'll still see the dialog box asking if you want to save changes. For my technique to work, you must close the document by running the VBA procedure.

If you're still having troubles, copy the entire procedure from your document and paste it here so that I can see it.

The procedure does work on it's own. I was trying to intercept the Close command in Word, so as to prevent others from saving a template document.
